Jack and Lucy live on a farm with their Mum and Dad. It’s a great life, horse riding, helping with the farm work, catching yabbies in the creek, climbing trees. Everything is perfect.

But then one day something strange happens. Boots start disappearing. One here, one there. Big boots, small boots, old ones, new. Soon their father has no boots left at all, and their mother is very worried. Someone is stealing their boots.

Or something.

Jack and Lucy decide to solve the crime. Who or what could possibly want all those different boots?
